Appointments • Booking: We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and technician. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed. • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your services to accommodate other clients. • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Payments • Accepted Methods: We accept cash, major credit cards, and debit cards. Payment is required at the time of service. • Gratuity: Gratuities are appreciated but not included in the service price. Tips can be given directly to your technician in cash or added to your credit card payment. Health and Safety • Sanitation: Your health and safety are our top priorities. All tools and equipment are sterilized according to state regulations, and we follow strict hygiene protocols. • Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or infections prior to your service. We reserve the right to refuse service if there are any health concerns that may affect your safety or the safety of others. Personal Items • Valuables: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times. Children and Pets • Children: For their safety and the comfort of other clients, children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult and remain seated in the waiting area unless receiving a service. • Pets: Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals. Satisfaction Guarantee • Service Quality: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not pleased with a service, please notify us before you leave the salon so we can address your concerns. • Refunds: Services are non-refundable.
